Alongside this, analysis of the stormwater and wastewater catchments based around these targeted areas for development was undertaken.

A site was chosen, based on the existing population of the site. The existing commercial and main road usage around the area provided interesting focal points to work with.

The development is a landscape-first approach, based around the required sizing that wetlands need to survive. The development around aims to keep the existing character of the commercial use, while still allowing for an increase of 4x the existing population.
